Cancellation Policy

A credit card payment is required at the time of appointment booking. Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other patients as well. If cancellation is necessary, we require patients to email at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please include the patient’s full name and a brief description. A full refund will be issued along with a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reach you or be charged back to the original issued credit/debit card in which the transaction was initially made.

Late Cancellations or Patient No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. Appointments made within 24 hours of the appointed time are not eligible for cancellation. A patient no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, the patient will not receive a refund.
